Full Wolf Moon

By the light of the moon Full Wolf Moon

the full moon wolf howls.

A spectator to some,

the truth to others.

Go dear ones and

bask in the light

of the full wolf moon.

The January Full Moon is known as the Full Wolf Moon, and in some Native American cultures, it is called the snow moon, to other Native tribes this occurs in February.

 Why is it called this?

In Native American and early Colonial times, the Full Moon for January was called the Full Wolf Moon. It appeared when wolves howled in hunger outside the villages as the snow piled high.  The cold bareness of the land, created an echo, a call to the land, Mother Gaia, for food.

  Why a wolf?

In symbolism and the totem,  the wolf is known for a strong connection into higher intuition. If you have ever heard of the idiom “wolf’s instict;” this is true as they have a way of knowing just when to appear.   A wolf is an excellent communicator with other wolves, the spiritual world and Luna (moon). As the wolf appears to you, what does your instict say or react to, what you are trying to say, but are not be hearing. Another moment they are known for is “sinking your teeth into,” but rather, thinking in a scary manner, look at it as what is the wolf trying to show you, communicate to your tru heart.

January Full Moon:

Let’s look at the energies that have been cycling for us.  This full moon is January 23, 2016 @ 05:46 pm PST.  This is at the end of Mercury Retrograde.  Mercury Retrograde is a time of reflection, it is a time to slow down, unwind and truly see what no longer serves you.  The bareness of the winter land, Merucry and the Full Wolf Moon can help you release that which no longer serves you.

Do not look at this as death, rather look at this as stillness. The stillness that you need to release, so that you may re-birth into a renewal of your heart and soul. A moment to go deep within, and sit with what you heart truly needs, not what the etheric ego desires.  As the wolf comes, sit with thee, request for the energies of the wolf to help you transfer what you need to Luna, so she may let it go.

Howls of the Wolf Removal of Old Baggage:

  • Light a candle, and gaze into the flame.
  •  Ask what do I need to release, stop listen and allow the stillness  unfolding to
  • the beating heart.
  • The heart whispers, allow this to deepen. Allow your heart to speak its truth.
  •  Write down what comes, light this over your flame, and let it go releasing-to the wolf, who’s
  • howling,
  • voicing echos will carry to Luna.
  • Luna will release this from you.
  • Take 3 deep breathes in.
  • Rest.

Go Dear Ones, healing your heart by the light of the moon using an eternal flame.  Happy, Howling Full Wolf Moon and Happy Releasing, each and every Dear Heart. May you be peace and love to your heart.

Much Love, Much Light and Magical Blessings,

Natasha

The Voice of Authenticity

By Natasha Botkin

Have you heard the whispers in the air, the lull of the moon, the dance of the waves…

One thing is for sure, 2016 will not allow you to hide, procrastinate and ignore.  The energy vibes are calling, whispering, saying your truth and the more that you try to ignore or hide, the stronger the vibes may become.

It is like 2016 is standing up and saying enough, enough with your shenanghans.  I am here in the now; now follow me.

The old adage of fake it until you make it, no longer rings true.  The toll of the bell, rings of love, of truth, of light.

Now, this is not to say, that there will be those, who insist on “their way” with the idea of “free will.”  I am here to gently emphasize that this is a 9 year in numerology, and the karmic energies are here to remind you; good or bad, but karma would like your attention and this will not sulk away, as it would in the past.

Here are a few ways to show up in an authentic manner, which can calm the storm of the lesson if you allow.

Ask yourself are you authentically expressing:

  1. A feeling
  2. An emotion (allowing yourself to feel this emotion)   Do not ignore it, this will tighten its grip- Breathe in and out as the emotion happens.
  3. A thought
  4. Is this a feeling, emotion or thought?
  5. Where did the feeling, emotion or thought originate from? Pay careful attention to the signs that your emotional body is sending to your etheric body (i.e.  is your chest tight- then breath into your heart center and allow the emotion to flow in and out of you-almost like an ocean wave).
  6. Is this actually a belief?  What is the illusion that you are trying to convince yourself as your truth?

alligator_2

The old adage of fake it til your make it, is an old adage, pattern and belief; the awakened conscious is no longer tolerant of these shenanghans.  And like an alligator these are bubbling up to the surface.

“Toil, toil, toil and trouble….” bubble, bubble bubble.

Place those woes in a pink bubble.  Take a deep breath, breath the woe into the pink bubble and gentle blow this away.  As the pink bubble leaves you, you may ask an angel to take it from you and/or request for them to help you pop it.    pink bubble

Awwww, this feels so much lighter, so much better.

May you feel light and love.

Much Love, Much Light and Magical Blessings,

New Moon Prayer Intention, 11:11 and Metatron’s Sacred Geometry

by Natasha Botkin

A new moon is about setting intentions and then allowing them into manifesting.

Then adding in the 11:11 is wonderful.

wpid-wp-1434470081719.jpeg

New Moon Prayer Intention:

Under this New Moon, I am grateful for a new beginning.

I ask Luna and the Divine to help aid the spirit of my light.

Please help to guide my spirit to be my best ability.

I am certain that I hold in my heart that I will get there.

I am one with the moon & divine and so it is….

Help setting up intention(s):

  1. Have you written a wish list of ideas of what you like to have happen in the next 4 weeks.
  2. If not, then take a moment to jot this down.
  3. Light a candle.
  4. Set your intention(s).
  5. Say the New Moon Prayer of Intention.
  6.  Set the intention(s) list to the flame of the candle and then place this in a crystal bowl of water to release to luna and say  “Dear Luna I release my intentions to thee, please help me to succeed.  Dear divine please help me with my intentions and bring forth these in a gentle manner to thee.”
  7. Take the ashes and bury this under a tree.  Idea tree choices: Cypress, Fir, Pine and Willow.
  8. Thank you luna and divine for helping me succeed.

What does 11:11 mean?

This new moon is also happening at the moment of 11:11.  This creates an even bigger shift of manifestation.  It is a way for the spirit to align with your tru heart and soul.  There is a shift from the old paradigm into the new paradigm, and this is a way for your soul to help activate the DNA to begin the process.

A golden moment to shine into the freshness of who you are and what you are meant to be.  The art of doing is melting away the old and welcoming the new being.

Sacred Geometry, 11:11 and the New Moon:

metatrons-cube5

Metatron’s Cube is immensely strong.

What is Metatron’s cube: Metatron’s cube oversees the flow of energy in a mystical cube; this contains all of the geometric shapes in God’s creation and represents the patterns that make up everything the divine has created. In his duties,  Metatron works by overseeing theTree of Life; whereas, Metatron sends creative energy down from the top (the crown) of the tree toward all the parts of creation.

Metatron’s message to you, “Beep, beep , beep (in the form of an alarm clock). This is your wake up call.  A new way to manifest your being of creating that whole that you are and what you here to do.  Allow the light to enter the wounds, and with this light, the wounds will heal and thus your anew has begun. Go forth and begin dear one.”

Facebook/Falsebook: Which Book, Which Story?

by Natasha Botkin

Angel with heart rose

I’ve recently read posts, blogs and such from others crying out for help from Facebook:  their cries are all about the depression and anxiety that Facebook has created for them.

Falsebook, Facebook……stories, they are stories of one’s life.  As another scrolls down this can lead to anxiety, panic attacks and depression.  Look at this person all happy, why can’t I get it together.  Look at the success of this individual, why can’t I be successful.

Let’s look from another perspective.  The one word that resonates is book….these are one’s story and not all stories are of truth; some spin big tales.  As a master intuitive and behavioral specialist, I often sit in observation mode smiling at the placating falseness and mistruth that one can often produce. Now this is not to say that all are; but they do exist more than others may realize.

Let me share a dear story: Years ago, I had one of the most intense story telling students.  She could spin quite the tale!!  After several meetings with her Grandmother, I looked at Grandma and said, “She will become the most incredible author.” Grandma amused, but not understanding, I then say, “She tells the greatest stories-now to filter out which is truth and which is fantasy is what a master teacher must muster.”  This Grandmother who was usually quite challenging – laughed, so hard tears puddled from her eyes.  This was not the first meeting, nor probably the last about the storytelling concern of her granddaughter; this brought forth a calmer, more peaceful manner to help her granddaughter write, and the last time I saw this young lady; she showed me her writing portfolio; awww, the stories that she created were purely fantasy, but a less harmful fantasy, as these are stories to entertain.

What does this have to do with Facebook, stories and feeling less than thereof.  Well, first if one does not have depression nor anxiety, then it is difficult to truly walk that walk.  However, those who do, do not fret dear ones as this is a book and in a book there are many chapters, characters and such.  Some characters you will love, some you will not and some of the things that is said and done, well it can make ya blush.

Ways to help to release an anxious moment or when it feels to big:

#1 Meditation:  If you find yourself overwhelmed and wanting to scream as you scroll.  Close your eyes, place your left hand on your heart and your right hand just above your navel.  Take a deep breath into the count of three (3).  Hold for three counts (3).  Exhale and as you breathe out place your fretful thought into a pink bubble and blow this away for three (counts).  On the last count pop it.  It is no more.  pink bubble

#2 No worries- Oh yes there are worries, it is still there:  It is not, it is a memory, a pattern, a block from the ego (Edging God Out) and this is not tru.  Repeat, this time stand up to your ego and say, “I fear you no more, I release that which does not serve; dear god I surrender the beastly to thee.”  Repeat the breathing moment for a total of 3 times.  Stupendously Be.

In the end, what does this mean.  Never ever give up on you. Create your own story and enjoy your chapter, the good, the bad, the ugly.  In fact, look at it from another view, what story can you create.  This does not have to be negative, or one story, it can be many, fun, fantasy, everlasting, loving what your heart desires.  This is about your truth, your heart, your love to you.  You are a magnificent light being!!

Just what is Smudging?

By Natasha Botkin

snudge stick

Maybe you have seen a smudge stick and thought what is that?  Or maybe you have heard others speak of it.  What is it really?

I have to add a comical tidbit of fun; the dearie who asked me “Are you a witch” said that I may.  I am not a witch, a wiccan or cast spells.  What you will find from me is elemental essences of love, light from the divinity of truth.  I am one with nature and use many aspects that may seem as if, and I am not.  Now this does not mean to those who are wiccan, this is a downplay, because it surely is not.  This is me saying, woooo hold up, quite different and I am proud to be an elemental sacred heart high priestess (that in itself is another blog-more to come).

Sorry, I am off my tangent and back to what is smudging?  Smudging can be defined as  a traditional Native American method of burning sacred herbs to produce a smoke cloud which is used in various cleansing or prayer ceremonies and purification or healing rituals. During the Smudging ceremonies and rituals the smoke may be fanned over the person by the Shaman,  Medicine man or healer either using the hand, feathers or a fan. Smudging is the ritual cleansing of the mind, body and spirit.

It does not just cease with an individual, many use this as a form to cleanse and bless a new space, home, office etc.  I had a friend request for me to bless the dog park she adores so much after many unkind individuals began to misuse it.

For example, one of my son’s was going through a tough time; critical crisis is what this truly was.  This was brought into the home, and every one of us, animals included were affected.  Did he mean ill harm, no, it is what it is.  No worries, no judgement, love, light and cleansing.

I go back and forth with creating my own and purchasing a smudge stick.  There are many different kinds; the most well-known is sage.

Sage:  Sage is used to ‘wash off’ the outside world when one enters ceremony or other sacred space. Objects are likewise washed off with sage medicine smoke to rid them of unwanted influences, feel healthy and heal. The healing components of sage is antioxidants,  brain function, anti-hypertensive, anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial; plus it helps cleanse your blood and may even prevent Alzheimer’s disease.

Sweet grass: Seneca grass, holy grass and vanilla grass. This very special herb’s sweet vanilla-like scent is the breath of the Earth mother, bringing the blessing of Mother Earth’s love. Sweetgrass  is burned to remind us of essence of the feminine and that the earth provides us with everything we need.

Cedar: is a medicine of protection. Cedar trees are very old, wise and powerful spirits.  Cedar is often used to cleanse a home or apartment when first moving in, inviting unwanted spirits to leave and protecting a person, place or object from unwanted influences.  Cedar smoke brings in a friendly, healing energy, and is a good alternative for those who have an aversion to sage.

Lavender:  Is often used for protection and cleansing. The name may be derived from the Latin lavare (to wash) or livendula (meaning bluish). The healing components to lavender oil has a chemically complex structure with over 150 active constituents, which explains its effectiveness at helping with everything from insect bites to rheumatism. The botanical name, Lavandula, comes from Latin, lavare, which means “to wash,” probably for its history of use cleansing wounds, as well as washing linens and in personal bathing. It is a known anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, antidepressant, antiseptic, antibacterial, antimicrobial, antispasmodic, analgesic, calmative, detoxifier, hypotensive, and sedative.

Some will walk though with a smudge stick, others may wish to have a smudging bowl (please make sure that it is fire safe as sparks and embers will occur) and a feather (my feather was gifted to me via Three Wise Geese)  I am known to do what the home and/or client is in need of once I tap into the heart and soul.

My other suggestion is if you are completing this on your own; select a smudge stick that is not uber tightly bound.  The tighter the stick; the faster this will burn.  You also want to make sure that the ingredients are dry, so they will burn.

Meditate and find a time where you can complete this without interruptions; whatever you are feeling, is what will be left as energy residue.  What do you wish to feel?

With a mental health crisis, this does not mean that it is perfect by any means.   One moment, one step… Due to what was occurring in the home, I first smudged with a sage stick; going through all of the rooms, doors, windows, the most tiny of cracks, openings.  I, then incorporated Reiki into the next smudging.  The woes of my son lessening; me sensing that if I went to quick, the reverse would happen.  Slowly and steady. Next, I went through with Reiki preparing the home full of love and light energy to receive the clearing, cleansing and blessing.  This time I incorporated sage, lavender and white rose petals.  All very powerful, all incredible healing energies.  I finished this off with a home purifying, cleansing higher vibrational energy spray (that I am creating for each client’s needs) and voila.  The home is happier, the laughter returning.

This is a service provided through the MagicalBlessingsHealingCenter   —- Go to services and it is under Blessing, Clearing One’s Home; there is even a Teaching one how to complete this, option.

Journey to the Peppermint or Should I Say Hail to the Peppermint

by Natasha Botkin

Peppermint

Not sure if I should call this journey or hail to the peppermint.  You see, I began to notice that I was being called to enjoy peppermint.  I found pure delight in my organic facial wash of rosemary and mint.  Next, I found myself enjoying peppermint leaves probably in ninety percent of my beverages.  One day as I took a nourishing soul bath, lined up was peppermint galore, even peppermint tea – aromas of pure delightfully wafting through every orifice.  My body happily cleansing and clearing the mucus, digestive concerns and inflammation that had built up.

Now I am not saying that there is anything wrong or dislike with this; what, I am saying is, my wise heart and soul knew that I needed the healing qualities of peppermint.  I was in a toxic work environment and peppermint called out to me in many ways; beauty, eating and healthcare.

As I began to release the negative toxins, my body pleaded for a natural, healthy, soothing manner upon which to heal.  Peppermint answered the call.  Oh thank goodness peppermint not only answered; I also adore peppermint.  In fact when my peppermint essential oil ran out, I felt a moment of pouting.

Peppermint was a favorite healing component of the ancient Egyptians; they were quite advanced in their diagnoses and treatments of various illnesses. For me and others who need it, peppermint is a great healing benefit.

Here are many different uses for peppermint:

Pure peppermint leaf can used for more than just tea.  Peppermint tea hot or cooled is wonderful for an upset stomach or digestive concerns.  This can help reduce and/or soothe stomach acids and gas, aid in a nauseated stomach and help ease the flow of bile to be more productive. Individuals with  IBS have stated they are relieved with the help of powerful peppermint.

It is good for relaxing nerves and improving circulation.  This can also aid the body with inflammation that can hide in the  body.  Inflammation is pesky and the peppermint can sneak up and soothe it.  Awww, my tired sore muscles needed this.  I should also add, that I have partial nerve paralysis in part of my body.  A quick dab of peppermint essential oil mixed into my lotion and creating a salve, can help with the pain that is caused with the malfunctioning nerves.  peppermint oil

It can be an antiseptic and antibacterial that can cool your skin and/or scalp (possibly helping with those pesky dry flakes).

Hence the lining of the bathtub of peppermint products; whether they were created or I created them myself.  I am notorious for creating herbal salves, oils and such.   I would recommend a true organic peppermint essential oil as not all oils are created equal.

Peppermint was a beautiful savior for me the first few weeks of healing and detoxing.

May you enjoy the benefits of peppermint.

Much Love, Much Light and Magical Blessings,
